ReviewFunnel ("we", "us", "our", or "Company") operates the reviewfunnel.io website. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.
We collect information you provide directly when creating an account: business name, email address, and Google Review URL. When customers use your review link, we collect their star rating and any feedback text they submit. We also collect usage data, IP addresses, and browser information for service improvement and security purposes.

We use third-party service providers to deliver our Service, including: Google APIs and services (for review routing to Google Reviews), email service providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party service providers—please review their privacy policies separately.
Your data is stored on secure servers maintained by our hosting provider. However, no data transmission or storage system is completely secure. You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data, and you use the Service at your own risk.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Customer reviews and feedback may be retained indefinitely to maintain historical records, unless you request deletion. Deleted reviews will be removed from our database within 30 days. However, copies may persist in backups for up to 90 days. We are not liable for any data loss due to technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or any other cause beyond our direct control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIEWFUNNEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR UNAVAILABILITY OF YOUR DATA, INCLUDING REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, OR ACCOUNT INFORMATION, ARISING FROM: (A) TECHNICAL FAILURES OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS; (B) THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER FAILURES; (C) SECURITY BREACHES DESPITE REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS; (D) YOUR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS; (E) GOOGLE API CHANGES OR LIMITATIONS; (F) DELETION OF DATA DUE TO ACCOUNT TERMINATION; OR (G) ANY OTHER CAUSE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DATA LOSS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE LOSS, OR $50.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
ReviewFunnel routes reviews to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Reviews) but does not guarantee that reviews will be successfully posted, approved, or remain visible. Review posting depends on: (a) third-party platform availability and policies; (b) compliance with their terms of service; (c) spam detection and content filters; (d) API availability and functionality. We are not liable if reviews fail to post, are removed, or are hidden by third-party platforms due to policy violations or technical issues.
You are solely responsible for: (a) obtaining proper consent from customers before collecting their feedback and contact information; (b) complying with all applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.) in your jurisdiction; (c) providing customers with notice of your privacy practices; (d) securing customer consent to participate in your review collection process; (e) maintaining compliance with your own privacy policy and local regulations. ReviewFunnel assumes no liability for your violation of privacy laws or failure to obtain customer consent. You indemnify ReviewFunnel for any customer data violations or claims arising from your use of the Service.
We use session cookies to maintain your login state and provide basic analytics. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect your ability to use the Service.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
