Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click the "Start Free" button on our homepage. You'll need your business name, email, password, and Google Review URL. We'll send you a confirmation email—click the link to activate your account.

How do I find my Google Review URL?

Go to your Google Business Profile. Click Info on the left menu, then copy the URL under "Customer Reviews" or the "Get More Reviews" button. It will look like https://g.page/r/...

How do I customize my review form?

In your Dashboard, you'll see your review link (e.g., reviewfunnel.io/myshop). This link is fully branded with your business name and logo. Customers fill out the star rating form, and if they rate 1-3 stars, they see a feedback box instead of redirecting to Google.

Reviews & Routing

Why do 4-5 star reviews go to Google automatically?

Your business grows with positive reviews. When customers rate 4-5 stars, ReviewFunnel automatically redirects them to your Google Review URL so they can post directly. Higher ratings = better SEO = more customers.

Where do 1-3 star reviews go?

They don't go to Google. Instead, customers are invited to leave constructive feedback privately. This lets you address issues before they become public reviews. You can see all feedback in your Dashboard.

Can I manually post reviews to Google?

No, ReviewFunnel handles the routing. If a customer is 4-5 stars, we redirect them to Google with your review link. If they're 1-3 stars, they leave private feedback. You can review their feedback and take action—improve your service, respond personally, etc.

Why didn't a review post to Google?

A few reasons:

ReviewFunnel routes the review—we're not responsible if Google doesn't accept it. Check your Google Business Profile for details.

Account & Billing

How much does ReviewFunnel cost?

$29/month for unlimited reviews. You get a 14-day free trial with full access—no credit card required.

What happens after my free trial?

Your account will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period. We'll email you a reminder before charging. You can cancel anytime.

Can I change my business name or slug?

Email support@reviewfunnel.io and we'll help you. Your review link (slug) is important—changing it means sharing a new link with customers.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" (coming soon). We'll email you a reset link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

Data & Privacy

Is my customer data safe?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I export my reviews?

Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. In the meantime, you can view all feedback in your Dashboard.

How long do you keep my data?

We keep your account and reviews indefinitely unless you request deletion. If you delete your account, we'll remove data within 30 days. Backups may persist for up to 90 days.

Troubleshooting

My review form isn't loading

I can't log in

My Google Review URL isn't working

Make sure you copied the correct URL from your Google Business Profile. It should start with https://g.page/r/ or https://www.google.com/maps/. Test it by opening it in your browser—it should take you to your Google Business Profile.
